Btw two questions if you don't mind

1 Why launch Destiny under Jewel's gold?
2 I'm surprised you are using a sting song on your trailer. Seems very risky after the recent lawsuit against rk. Did you license it?

Destiny won't be launched under Jewel, for now each solo site gets its own little CCBILL program. But I am considering putting all of them under one roof later.

as far as the music, with amateur sites it seems to be common, if i get a C&D i'll deal with it. on the grand karmic scale of copyright infringments - it's 1000 to 1 against me, meaning I get stolen from 1000 times more. not saying it's right - in the end, i just hate royalty-free music.

So do most people. Why not commission someone to make you original music you can use for your trailers?

if i thought i'd get something good i would - you can buy what's called a 'mechanical license' of any popular music and it's expensive but not outrageous, but that gives u the right to use the music NOT the recording.

I know the frustration of getting ripped. The thought of running into the one person that will make life hell for you scares me. I really wonder how it will play out for RK.

look at your avatar, it's a CARTOON character.

and if you want to know, i drew that myself with my mouse, using a reference of 19 year old Jewel, tracing over a photo.

look at the hair , eye nose and mouth placement, freckles - the only change was shortening the length of her face - because cartoons have rounder faces.

why the hate? Mutt opened a site that converts like crazy, something many webmasters were asking for, and there's people here not finding issues, but making them up off the air! Give me a break guys, just promote the site and make money!

Exactly why she is successful. When I first started my solo sites in 2005 my most successful site by far was www.cutechloe.com cute, wholesome, innocent looking. Its a turn on for most to see that type of girl dressing skimpy or being nude.
