The main problems are:
- Look exactly the same as all other porn banners - no standout
- Uncompelling and old call to action
- Main reason people hate 3D is the stupid fucking glasses, the thing you choose to HIGHLIGHT in your ad!
Off the dome:
Img - lots of people talking to each other
"See why everyone is talking about 3D porn"
"Free 3D glasses - no catch"
Img - like a coupon, half torn out of paper with ripped edges etc
"Bored of regular porn, here's something different"
Img - bored looking man yawning -
do people actually still click on this kind of banners?

looks nice, shining, but i dont think people are clicking banners with "join here" or "click here to join" anymore ... why dont put there just "enter here" or something? if there is join, it means money, it means less clicks ...

In 3D the idea is to STAND_OUT! More in your face animation!
I'd make the mascot bigger, chest up instead of knees up.

I have never understood cluttered designs, lots of paysites are like that also.
I would feel more inclined to click on a banner more similar to Nubiles banners. Simple.
