    What i don't understand about the Epass issue..

    I have like.. 2 dollars in my epass account, so this current "crisis" doesn't really affect me.
    BUT - If i had like 10k+ in my account and i would need the money to pay my rent and all - YOU CAN BET that my lawyers would be ALL OVER this case, trying to get me my money YESTERDAY!

                              what i wanted to say is this: there's like 2 weeks of bitchin' and hopin' - people wake up, IT IS YOUR MONEY! GO FOR IT! ..don't WAIT FOR IT!

                                          I keep hearing this lawyer shit and in all my dealings with lawyers, one thing they would stress is not to talk about your legal shit or anything involving the case in an open forum like this. So, someone with a lot of money tied up in ePass might have talked to a lawyer and just aren't saying anything. Or maybe they're just too busy to bitch on gfy.

                                                  No they woudn't because it would cost you more in retainer than the total in the account and ePass knows this is the case for most users. Legal action at this point and probably in future is not likely as the road to Nirvana is so twisty, bumpy and clouded.

                                                  There are alternatives.
