Looking for traffic brokers that can issue proper formal invoices with companies not registered offshore. Add price lists or URLs where I can find them.

www.ero-advertising.com has proper formal tax-compliant invoicing build into the system for each traffic deal (buy or sell) and they are based in The Netherlands.
