We have tried to contact them for weeks, and they keep giving us bullshit answers like 'we have too many wires to process'.. 'it will be done tomorrow'. Fact: nothing has happened yet. I'm starting to get really worried and pissed off. Ready to take action soon.

i your best tactic would have to started threads saying to keep your money in epass, not to panic, support chris and the industry, things will be fixed within 24 hours while furiously behind the scenes do anything to get your money out including legal counsel. then when it's out create a thread that one should only look after their own interests in this biz.Comment

Epass owes us about $15,000. This was requested to be transferred on the 3rd. We've made three calls to them and emails and their response was "we're backlogged".
I'm looking at options but if anyone is putting together a legal response then I'd be interested in hearing from you.Comment

Well, I proposed the theory, in another thread, that his films are funded with loans made from the "ePassporte bank" (it's come out that the owners of ePassporte and ePassporte's new bank that everyone sends wires to now are, apparently, one in the same). 2nd I don't think this is totally a visa situation. My guess is they are probably being investigated under the patriot act in some way as there are alot of foreigners getting money transferred to them through Epass from US accts. Also alot of US webmasters getting money sent into it from foreign accounts.Comment
