We have tried to contact them for weeks, and they keep giving us bullshit answers like 'we have too many wires to process'.. 'it will be done tomorrow'. Fact: nothing has happened yet. I'm starting to get really worried and pissed off. Ready to take action soon.
Epassporte is not wiring out the 250k in our WALLET

I'm starting to think they might be using our money to wire out the small fish so they keep the 'general public' happy.Comment

So - do you have big bank accounts too/other revenue streams? Or are you like the other guy with 250k (in his virtualvisa) and no money for toilet paper?Comment

if you make a thread that says how great middle men was, how great epassporte is and they are not to blame, and just generally suck on mallicks cock, i have a feeling your order will be processed...
worked for others here....

i your best tactic would have to started threads saying to keep your money in epass, not to panic, support chris and the industry, things will be fixed within 24 hours while furiously behind the scenes do anything to get your money out including legal counsel. then when it's out create a thread that one should only look after their own interests in this biz.Comment

The only way a lawyer will work is if we all chip in and get the same lawyer and with the strong numbers of us uniting it will work.SKYPE#: davievegas - email: ddmedia702[at]mail[.]comComment

yep. if you get the legal ball rolling and you post links to documentation that we can all see is real and verify for ourselves you will see a lot of support,
If you don't have the funds for that tap some others here that have big money tied up.Comment

Epass owes us about $15,000. This was requested to be transferred on the 3rd. We've made three calls to them and emails and their response was "we're backlogged".
I'm looking at options but if anyone is putting together a legal response then I'd be interested in hearing from you.Comment

Not suprised that bigger amounts are not going out.. this is what I was afraid of.
If we don't get it by the end of this week we will start legal action. Will keep you updated.
Will also ask our lawyer if theres a point to uniting with others or not.Comment

Guys the party is over. The fat lady is practicing her next song
I've noticed that, this week has been fairly quiet and not as angry, since the few wires, purchased some HOPE.

I don't know why people are finding it hard to believe epass are backlogged with wire requests. God knows how many thousands of account holders are in the same position as a handful of GFY members, and they all want their wallet balances wired out asap.Comment

Anyone starting to think he might have fronted the money for his movie with the epass balances, and now he's screwed cause it flopped?Comment

Well, I proposed the theory, in another thread, that his films are funded with loans made from the "ePassporte bank" (it's come out that the owners of ePassporte and ePassporte's new bank that everyone sends wires to now are, apparently, one in the same). It is just a theory, but it would explain a lot...The best ePassporte replacement I have found: OKPAYComment

Oh shit.. they own a bank? Yeah no doubt about it they prob used the epass funds to cover their loans. If that's the truth we're screwed. Fractional reserve banking at its best.Well, I proposed the theory, in another thread, that his films are funded with loans made from the "ePassporte bank" (it's come out that the owners of ePassporte and ePassporte's new bank that everyone sends wires to now are, apparently, one in the same). Why would you keep 250k in there in first place?
2nd I don't think this is totally a visa situation. My guess is they are probably being investigated under the patriot act in some way as there are alot of foreigners getting money transferred to them through Epass from US accts. Also alot of US webmasters getting money sent into it from foreign accounts.Comment

Guys, anarchy isn't trolling here. You all know his company, a VERY LARGE company. I'm not sure if he wants that known, but it's not hard to find.
I assure you, this epass money isn't preventing him from buying any toilet paper.. but $250K is still way to large amount of money to be held hostage!SharkyComment
