One of the harder programs to actually get a response from - it's not that they don't speak, it's just that they don't speak well. I tried to ask for some specific content and the person on the other end had absolutely no clue what I was talking about, so I decided to just call it quits and gave up.

Yup. The two 'reps' I see on this board are basically sig whores. You're better off talking to your dog. I gave up on them a while ago.
