INSANE. To do this to small businesses in the middle of HUGE unemployment?
Meanwhile, as unemployment stays the same, or continues to rise.... it will still be Bush's fault.... even though Dems have held both houses since 2006. Either way... BOTH parties are at fault as far as I'm concerned. ALL INCUMBENTS NEED TO GO. The Federal government is getting out of control, and the only side that these politicians are on... is their own side. I'm totally disgusted and appalled by this utter stupidity. . |

No, I didn't lie. I simply stated what another article said, and I will admit I did miss read what it said. I took the Nelson amendment which did and didn't have Republicans vote on it, as to be related to Johanns Amendment, because they're were in the same article and are named after each person and each voted on each others, and each relate to each other. Looks like I wasn't far off either way, just had the facts twisted up. Now.... what we have is Republicans saying no all together because a Republican put it through, but when a Democrat tries to help business those same Republicans go the other direction and then go on the news saying Dems aren't helping business.. That's even a bigger twisted up kick in the balls. What is that you say? Oh yeah, I'll let you get off your day job now. |
I wish we in the US only had the national debt that Canada has!
$538,346,000,000.00 Billion CDN Obama could just write a check for that today and no more taxes this year! |

I don't expect Ron Paul for example to vote with other Republicans all the time, clearly he believes different things - but he votes consistently with his beliefs. When a group of Republicans all want to amend something and all support it "because of small business" is what they said, then turn around and the same person that made the org amendment voted against another related bill that could help small business. That's exactly what the hell the problem is... |

For the rest of the thinking world, democrats grow the economy across all economic classes across the board better than republicans do.

Oh, so you think you know my income, and you think it's low, and you are the one saying that Obama wants a class war. I understand. I wonder if you do though. But then again, I know it doesnt matter because the bottom line is that the R guys rule, and the D guys drool. go you

Sounds like a paper work nightmare. Am I to understand if I upgrade work stations with Dell over the course of the year (in excess of 600 spent) I would have to 1099 Dell? Another example would be Traffic Brokers or independent sites I buy traffic from (normally claimed as advertising with receipts) would instead require a 1099 be sent to all sources?

you're a gutless piece of trash who's not even grateful enough to his betters to want them to get the same tax break as the rest of the tax payers. the top 1% pay 40% of the taxes collected. you think your life sucks now, imagine how bad it would be if we weren't paying your way. |
BOTH parties work for the same company: the corporations. So both Dems and Repubs do whatever their corporate overlords command them to do.
You see, GIANT corporations DO NOT LIKE small businesses (unless they can buy them/gobble them up) so they're screwing the little guys so we move even closer to that corporate/fascist state all the CEOs want. Here's what's next: an "acceptable list" of companies you (the American Citizen) can purchase things from: Wal-Mart, McDonalds, Home Depot, Starbucks, etc etc etc. Buy from a company or website that is not on the list? Huge fines and/or jail time. You watch. |

What a bunch of morons, YOU are paying for lazy ghetto bitches health care, these poor people in America REFUSE to get a job because its easier for them not to, I mean why should they when YOU ARE PAYING THE BILL. Thanks to your messiah he has fucked you and your children for years, dont even pin this on Bush this was PURELY DEMOCRATS period. Bush was a fiscal fucking idiot, Obama is a fucking fiscal DISASTER.
|
It will add 350 billion in tax rev.the right says no deficits well magic isnt going to make them go down. It s a dumb law but lets see if it happens in politics 2012 is a longtime away. Also question if the bush tax cuts were so important why didnt the right make them perm ?they controlled it all at the time.
|
I think it's pretty safe to say that most of us who see the clear picture with politics know that bullshit goes on all the time with both parties, and both parties need an overhaul. That said, I don't know why anyone ever then tries to stick up for one party. They BOTH suck, neither of them care about the little guy, which is why in all of this they keep saying they want to help small business while subtly fucking them - because larger corporations love to nomnomnom on those little bastards.

Psychology wise, they say those that bring up killing yourself or suggesting it to others, means you secretly desire it, as it's fresh enough in your brain to recall for a topic. I'm not bitter at you at all, I want to help you... here's the number for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. In the U.S., call 1-800-273-8255 - Get it out of your mind while you can. |

Under the new Obama plan, healthcare would be mandatory, like car insurance is for drivers. This means more people will pay into the healthcare system, so the costs are more evened out. Now before you rant on, about how this benefits the insurance companies, or "the poor still won't pay" etc. - let's look at the big picture. By making this compromise, the health insurance companies WILL gain new customers. In return, they must take ALL customers, regardless of pre-existing conditions. They also are not allowed to drop you for any reason, and rate heights are supposed to follow a restrictive formula. Will it work, or will it just be another corrupt way to do things? Probably the latter, but change takes time, and the system will require tweaks as time goes on. Would it have been better to do nothing at all, like has happened for the past X number of years? Doubtful. Rates were going up with zero regulation whatsoever, so maybe now the rate increases, which are inevitable, will be slowed down a bit... who knows? One thing is certain however - as our economy sucks, and as more people are unemployed and/or under employed, the pool of those who can afford health insurance now, is dwindling. Without any change, it will be unaffordable for the MAJORITY of people. This will mean all of you heartless millionaires out there will get to stand in lines, 20 people deep, at the emergency room, because no one will have coverage. Every condition will be put off until it is dire, and the people will still be taken care of, but YOUR bill will skyrocket, and YOUR wait will be long. Get it? More people in the pool is better. It is not an ideal fix, but it is more than nothing. The people who are not currently covered will be required to have coverage. If they can afford it, it will be mandatory. If they cannot, it will still be provided, albeit via government assistance, which will not be great for THEM, but it still allows the system to function for everyone, including those who are well off. What the fuck are you guys railing against? Do you ever stop and think who is controlling your thoughts? If Obama is in bed with the healthcare industry, then why did they spend almost 1/2 BILLION DOLLAR$ fighting him on it - and continue to do so even today? WAKE THE FUCK UP! |
