DEA, there are some people who still have alot of money on the wallet side and aren't quite sold on the fact that they can remove that. I have sent in my wire request on the 3rd, I haven't seen anything deducted from my account as of yet. So for every thread stating that they have received a "wire" gives me and other people greater hope. Not everyone had the majority of their funds on the VV side.

LOL I love how people who are owed money and cant access it are considered trolls and haters.
Especially since they have been given a steady stream of vague and busllshit answers since the beginning. They were "processing" the wires 10+ days ago yet only a handful have actually reported receiving one. I realize that not everyone posts on GFY but c'mon. Are they on the one wire every 3 day plan? Apparently if you dont kiss Chris Mallick and ePassporte ass you're a "hater".
I dont believe they're purposefully trying to run with the money. (ACH's and the few wires processed reflect this.) I think they just fucked up (big time) and are trying to fix it as fast as they can. I just dont understand how everyone is so quick to give them kudos when they finally returned YOUR money after their fuck up in the first place.
"Good thing we have Chris on our side, he can fix this. He's just the one we need. he's top notch." Yeah, hes been through it before because he keeps fucking up.
I would love to see the responses if your local bank "froze" all of your money due to their mistake and then 10+ days later (if you're lucky, months for others) returned it...and charged you a fee to do so. That Bank of America, they're top notch!
And on a side note, everyone who dares to question the stability of ePassporte and their intentions are "haters" yet you were one of the first to send the request to get your money out of dodge.Comment

1st Who says they requested it before I requested mine?
2nd anyone who relies on a ticket system only to communicate with Epass is going about it the wrong way. There have been a number of email addresses posted here. Anybody who's ever done business with them probably has received an email from one of their reps. Their reps have been very fast to get back to me during this entire thing. Michael himself guarantees a reply within 24 hours. I've talked to a few friends who have simply tried to contact them by their ticket system. No email, no phone call just relied on the ticket system. It sucks but when things get crazy and there is a lineup you have to do something to get to the front of the line. if you don't you can't complain when someone else does.Comment
