Steve, have you looked into whether it is possible to subpoena the IP addresses of users who UPLOAD stolen movies to tube sites?
That would help cut the file sharing off at the source. Or if the "user" who is uploading the video is actually the site owner fraudulently hiding behind safe harbor laws, well then, all the better
