I have my ceramic art in a few gallery's in the UK and about 5 in the USA. i want to increase that number to get more exposure. Maybe ill be lucky enough to get a few solo exhibits, take over a section of the gallery to show off more of my work ?

I've had my furniture and product design pieces shown at galleries in NYC, Paris, Los Angeles, Tokyo and some other places. Most notably I had some of my ceramics at the Cooper Hewitt in NYCComment

I've had photos of mine, mostly b&w nudes, in shows since the late 90's. Last year I had one of my Napa Valley landscapes exhibited and sold by a gallery there.Comment

nice, I know plenty of artists and even ceramic artists and yes, ceramic art is usually on display at art openings near paintings but yes its often grouped with other work. My friend just did a painting exhibit with a few pottery artists.
I worked in art museums and art galleries for years and have been part of some great exhibits ranging from Andy Warhol to Keith Karing. Just keep working at it, looks great. and ive held and given tours for Dale Chihuly and his art glass. Familiar with his work? Chihuly is awesome.

well, as always, I am pursuing new adventures and since it is what I went to college for, I have started to get back in the art world and have also began apprenticing as a tattoo artist. Another decade+ old dream of mine...
Cant wait to start tattooing on real skin, right now just being taught, and I have to take OSHA bloodborne pathogen course this week.
Either way, just looking if there were any artists on gfy, and there are.

I volunteered right out of highschool and through college at art galleries and museums and yes, some of the shit people try to pass as art is crazy.
However, ive seen people sell pieces that I wouldve put out by the street for the trash man to pick up LOL
art is like that.

the shit people try and pass off as art is pathetic. the only person who really seems to be doing anything interesting in the art world these days is banksy...

i've had some of my work in a few galleries, mainly berol color pencil like the one on top, but some mixed media like the others below.
This one is 20 years old, used to do "found art" mutations as in going to the salvation army and buying some 3 dollar paintings and doing things to them;)
