I don't think Michael has the answers. He may be the best thing that ever happened to epass, but only the owner and maybe few others know whats really going on. And its been just 1 working week.
What he said and if I did I would not post them here and jeopardize the work being done for everyone getting access to their funds as quickly as possible.
When we have more information we can release we will send it to your message center.
What I want to know is if the employees of epass have any contact at all with their boss and why we see epass employees (Shaliza for example) logged in to gfy every day following the posting here without leaving any replys...
I do trust Michael though. He told me he is 100% sure it will be solved. So I still trust in epass but they handle this very bad. Very bad.

I am the employee posting on ePassporte because the higher ups have their hands full.
My funds are not available almost 2 weeks later , time for some answers.
#1 what are the "program deficiencies" referred to by VISA regarding epassporte ?
#2 What exactly are you/epassporte waiting for ?
#3 Why can i not access/transfer my funds online , as visa has reported we should be able to.
While i understand Michael is not epassporte , you are a rep and can find the answer to these questions as your customers would like/deserve to know.
"fund are in motion" and "money is safe" are unacceptable answers.
In #1 and #3 you mention things Vias have reportedly said. Have you had this first hand from Visa or from a reliable source. If a 'reliable source', can I ask who?
Michael, you say you get updates several times a day. Are the things moving forward or do you mostly get "we are working on it" each time? You get soem vague updates or are they clear what is solved and what not..?I mean do you get any information that makes you believe that things are going in the right direction? No need to tell us what they are if you cant, but we are all wondering here if the things are going in the right direction. Several updates per day or daily updates - I am guessing you would not be receiving them if things would not resolve step by step or?
Also another thing - you seemed very positive the things will be resolved last week, all back to normal, even visa card and you didnt hide this enthusiasm. However we are not hearing any statements or even "I am positive" that things go in the right direction..Sometimes silence is information in a way too and in this case it is bad information unfortunatelly., especially since you were so positive last week but this week far less.
If it gets resolved before the end of the month, I'll buy myself a threesome with some first class hookers. I doubt it's going to happen, though.
But hey, it's something to look forward to.
