    Its time you took a step back and let Chris come forward to handle the allegations on this board and give us some answers. The last time Epass was in trouble, he came forward and explained very precisely what was going on.

      Come on guys, give Mallick some time!

      He's got like 12 scripts in development and may have casting calls or something this week.

      This Epassporte problem will have to wait. Sorry.

      He's a smart man that has learned how to prioritize and delegate.

      Our money is safe but is also in motion, we just have to trust him! How many times has he told us this already?

          Even though I have my money stuck, but I'd take the bitter truth rather than just hoping, waiting and being positive.

                Just to update those who may have seen my thread regarding calling the bank.

                I just called again and the lady reassured me my card would work again soon, i asked specifically if they had severed ties or if new cards would have to be printed, she replied that my card would begin working again.

                p.s. this call was to st kitts bank not epassporte

Seems impossible to do, especially when he has no news to report from his employers. I don't know what going on. Nobody does I think, except Visa, a bank and epass having a unresolved issue with eachother which is affecting the industry and all it's users, where no clear outcome is obvious yet.                   It's not helping, I agree. Worse even. On the other hand people having funds stuck need to be able to discuss it and ask questions about their own situation. You can't blame people for being upset, it's a livelyhood for many. It should be respected.

                  Let's hope epass, visa and this bank work it out and come with good news soon. If not, it will cause a landslide to this industry for sure.

                      lol that about sums it up .. although for me i can still get paid by check without too much hassle , for others it is a big hassle, and i only had a tiny sum in epass vv , others are facing foreclosure.

                      I would donate whats in my vv to get the service working again to be honest , if i thought it helped.
