    I am still waiting over 2 weeks to get paid. I call them. They tell me to email them again as a follow up.

    Are these people just buying time i ask you guys?
    Theses guys owe me over $50 000 US.

    I am very stressed about this.

    May i ask you guys is this a form of theft?

    I love epassporte. BUt to be honest they have not told us anything at this stage at all. No one has come forward with a truthful response.

          I wouldnt expect him to reply to every dumbass question but a daily update thread would be nice. Recapping the cluster fuck and assuring people that reps are still available.

          This has to be one of the worse PR jobs I have ever seen. So assuming nobody could possibly be this brain dead PR wise, it leads me to believe they realize they're fucked, so what's the difference.

                  During the fourth stage, the broke person begins to understand the certainty of ePass's death. Because of this, the individual may become a lurker, refuse trolling or spend much of the time crying and grieving. This process allows the disgruntled person to disconnect oneself from things like money and food. It is not recommended to attempt to cheer up an individual who is in this stage. It is an important time for grieving that must be processed.


                  5. Acceptance ? "It's going to be okay."; "I can't fight it, I may as well prepare for it."
                  In this last stage, the individual begins to come to terms with ePass's mortality or that of their money.

                      Exactly. You guys are treating the guy like shit. Hes not the owner so why be pissed at him. I dont get it. I understand he works for them but its no reason to abuse him. If i was him i would not post shit. MO has helped me serveral times over the years for epass misshaps and hes always taken care of it. If he could give everyone their money i am sure he would be the first to do it. For all you people who have worked for sales/customer support how would you feel if the company you worked for something like this happened and you have people threating you and asking you the same question over and over. Moral of the above dribble don't shot the messenger.

                              I have over US$13k stuck there, and I do want my money.

                              But what good will it do to curse, and threaten Epass employees?

                              Specially Michael O that has helped this community time and again over the years. I cannot imagine Epass support without him, everyone that has ever needed some help from Epass through the years, got it from him. He's a great support guy, and is always willing to help.

                              People that go around calling names, and threatening, are doing no good to solve this issue.
