Giving the current situation with tons of affiliate programs going out of business, Epassporte problems making it harder to get payment from hundreds of sponsors I think the old sponsors that are still standing will benefit from the current situation as many webmasters will start using less and less different sponsors and concentrate their traffic on a few solid programs that have been around for a long time and in who they trust to get paid.

CCbill and verotel, etc programs should benefit. I am sending more traffic to NATS programs which have a history of paying me (and decent conversions) as well. I'm very hesitant to sign up for a new program which handles their own payments these days. It's a big risk.
