Threatening you and your family sucks, you were here to help us all so many times over the years when no one else at Epass could, you solved problems that no one else at Epass was able to. You have hit the nail on the head " just an employee and I try to do all I can to help " and I think people need to realise that, you in your defence of Epass has done exactly what 99% of others in your position with a back bone should have done.I am still here working through the massive amounts of email I get and I will post news if I have some but when it comes to me and my family getting threatened by misdirected anger over a situation where I am just as frustrated as everyone else and just an employee and I try to do all I can to help. I am starting to keep a lower profile.
I have nothing new but we will keep you updated as soon as we have more.
Threatening you and your family is not helping anyone, instead this issue it should be looked at in a manner that if this goes the way everyone suspects it will, you would be on the market for employment and any company with any form of long term vision and money to pay you would note that, and aproach you in regard to work as you could be the steal of the centuary for any company that snaps you up. Without you probably a third or more of Adult industry customers would have left Epass services.
I for one hope this gets sorted out, we have three Epass accounts and could not wish for anything more than Epass working again, but I do feel it is a lost cause and we have to be prepared to loose again just like we all lost to iBill, with iBill we all were speculating for far too long as to what to do that we probably lost twice as much as we should have had we acted sooner. Hopefully history is not repeating itself, but I for one cannot find one single reason to believe it is not. I do not expect Epass to survive and pay all back...Yes I am hopeful, but am looking at it in such a way that if we do get paid by Epass it would be an Xmas bonus that we are not expecting and Yes we would carry on using them in the future.
Epass has been a major part of our monthly income for a number of years, but now we are making every effort to adapt and survive, we are not holding our breath waiting for something that may never arrive. We believed in iBill for too long, hung on and got stung major....we won't do it again and if it does come through it is an Xmas bonus....a big one.....
All we can do is have hope....

Well.. that's just fucked up...
it's one thing to get frustrated and then piss and moan about Chris not answering simple questions like "Why exactly did this happen?" and "What is your plan to resolve it?"... that shit is legit.. but threatening an employee and his family is beyond crossing the line.
It is unfortunate that you were put in this position of being the PR guy, who has to deal with people starving for info, some of which are extremely desperate, but you are not being given any information with any type of substance or value. That's just a bad spot to be in

People should know better not to threat you. Everybody know what a fantastic job you do, and that you have no fault at what is happening.
I'm sure there are a lot of frustrated people out there, but that doesn't give them the right to do such thing.
Anyway, I support you 100% and I will continue using Epass when you figure things out with Visa.
I have sent you an e-mail. I hope everything is well, despite all this caos.
