Put it this way; she is better than you'd expect a person who landed on their head to be, but still not good compared to how she was.

I really hope that someone wouldnt steal money that was donated to this girl. It's really depressing to know there are people out there that would steal money like that.

I like to think I read people well, and from my times meeting Taryn and her husband I would say they are good, honest people.

My pure speculation here is indeed, the family can't be trusted with the money, thus why it hasn't been given to them.

I stand by my original advice. Never donate to 3rd parties. Obviously, there was no rush to provide a few hundred dollars support for anyone if it has been several months and a 3rd party is still holding onto it.

I agree as well, I would be quite shocked to hear Taryn was scamming anything, especially a close friend ... I don't know the details and don't want to speculate but I'm sure if she is holding onto it it's what she believes is in Tabitha's best interests.
