How about we start pulling the stats on inter-race crimes like rape, robbery, assault and murder into the thread? I bet you'll just love having it smeared in your face that black on white crimes blow white on black crimes out of the water by about 12 to 1 in the old US of A.
Of the murder convictions made in the US in 2008, blacks lead the race of races with about 36% of convicted murderers. Now whites weren't too far behind in the murderer total at around 32%, but the difference lies in the fact that blacks only make up around 12% of the population. Of the number of blacks that whites killed, blacks killed almost twice as many whites, and beyond that black on black violence is even ridiculously high. You can't even keep yourselves from killing each other.
Maybe blacks get more time, because statistically, THEY ARE MORE OF A PUBLIC DANGER.

have you ever seen those shows like the first 48? I think it's called that. It's where they are interrogating a suspect and they just start telling the story of what happened, and then they get caught in a lie, and then it just goes down hill from there. whatever happened to as soon as they ask you more than your name you ask if you are under arrest, and if they say no, you leave, and if they say yes, invoke your right to counsel. Too many people think they can talk their way out of it. That never happens.

federal sentencing guidelines. a series of 'calculations' the judges must use to determine a sentence. did you finish High School, what was your grade average, are you from a broken home, juvenile record. there are a set of points assigned for these situations and then add in public defenders and arrogant attitude.
BTW the definition of racist is a person concerned with race . I notice a great many of your post are about race.

Washington state is the third most prolific incarcerator of blacks for drug offenses in America. Even though blacks constitute only 3 percent of our population, 51 percent of all people sent to state prisons for drug offenses are black.
Regional studies such as Professor Katherine Beckett's masterful and meticulous "Race and Law Enforcement in Seattle" show, however, that blacks simply do not sell or consume illicit drugs in proportion to the disparity with which they are arrested and/or incarcerated for drugs.
In fact, in Washington, blacks consume illicit drugs at rates slightly under that of whites.
The "crack thang" does not account for the disparity. The U.S. Sentencing Commission estimates that 65 percent of crack users are white. However, 90 percent of federal crack cocaine defendants are black.
Richard Pryor's dark ironic humor said it best. "Go in there looking for justice," Pryor mused, "and that's all you'll find -- 'just us' (blacks)."
In Seattle in 2001, 2,181 blacks (51.9 percent of drug arrests for that year) were arrested for drug offenses, although African Americans are only 8.4 percent of Seattle's population. Contrast that with 1,798 arrests of whites (42.7 percent of the year's drug arrests) that constitute 73 percent of Seattle's population.
The 2001 report titled "Equity and Representation in Washington State: An Assessment of Disproportionality and Disparity in Felony Sentencing" revealed that King County African American males were sentenced to prison for drugs at a rate almost 25 times higher than white males. Same crime, more time.
African American women fared a bit better; they received drug-related prison sentences at a rate 20 times higher than that for white women. Same crime, more time.

DNA testing has freed innocent black people because you negro's all look alike..
in almost all cases it did involve a black person, but the wrong black person was convicted of the crime..
there are a lot of cases of injustice where law enforcement and the judicial system manipulated evidence, lost evidence, lied, etc just to get a conviction and make whitey feel safe at night..
i am glad these same wrongly convicted people are being freed now...

It works the same for whitey chief. It is not a race issue. It is a socio-economic one.
Simply put, typically whitey can afford, or will pay for, a good lawyer. That good lawyer will get them a decent plea deal and they will accept that. Versus leaving their one life up to some public defender. I would bet if you look at darkie versus whitey you will find this more true than not statistically, and historically.
If you have money, you can BUY yourself a better brand of justice. Plain and simple toots.
