Yes it was, he owed many people money and had the gall to keep coming back here trying to recruit new spammers. Even when Craigslist finally took legal action against him, he scoffed at it as if he was untouchable living in Canada.

Glad to see Karma was in action.

WHOIS shows that Eddie Temple still appears to be the owner, but the redirect makes it look like craigslist owned him.

It's odd how a part of the name is copyrighted, not even the whole name.
"Craigs" from craigslist is copyrighted and "book" from facebook is copyrighted.
What's going to happen next? "Mc" from Mcdonalds will be copyrighted?

Here is the legal filing for copyright infringement, but can't seem to find what the outcome was. Maybe he finally just redirected it and caved in, even though he seemed to spout off that they had no case. http://www.rfcexpress.com/lawsuit.asp?id=50951

It's not copyright, it's trademark violations. The term "Craigslist" is a registered trademark and cannot be used in commerce without the permission of the owner.
