    regarding Bieyanka Moore ...

    I think that we need to know what the 411 is on this allegation ...

    Reality Kings had her sign a release ...

    Does the ID she presented when signing the release say "CHARRIDA (or RITA) SMALLEY", or is it another name?

    Because CHARRIDA SMALLEY is indeed 15 years old, according to the missing persons report.

    People are saying they are NOT the same girl ... they don't look like the same girl ... and what have you ... but the only question I would like addressed, is if in fact, the name on her legal ID that she presented when signing the release is CHARRIDA SMALLEY?

    If the name matches, that's proof enough for me to remove all content, but if the ID she presented called her Denise Smith or Janice Edwards, then I am going to wait and see what unfolds and not jump the gun ...

    Could somebody from Reality Kings please enlighten us as to this one detail?

      I'd just wait to see what RK does and then mimic their actions. If they pull her content, I would too. If they leave it up, I'd do the same.

      Now if this was Joe Blow's program that started 6 months ago, I'd be yanking that shit at lightning speed. But we all know RK is well represented legally.

              Her background image on her twitter page is named char.jpg as in Charrida ?

              Tyler Chanel Evans was used on the fake ID and if you look at the Google cache of her facebook page she changed her name from Rita Smalley ( Charrida Smalley ) to Chanel Evans.

              Remove it. Better to be safe than sorry.

                              I am pretty sure it is her too, yet I have people I trust in the industry telling me to get confirmation from RK first ... or to wait and see how they handle it ..

                              Could we get an official statement of some sort Reality Kings?

                                              I am not a lawyer, just someone who has been around for long enough to know caution is best. So I advise everyone to err on the side of caution and pull the content. If it's resolved in the favor of RK not shooting an under age girl then you can put it back up.

                                              If they did shoot or have content of an underage girl, keeping the content up is dicing with trouble.

                                              And if they did shoot an underage girl expect the Feds to have a long list of people associated with the sponsor.

                                                          I'm not a lawyer but i bet most lawyers would tell you to not just yank down the content.

                                                          I'm sure that in itself could be a charge of obstruction of justice? No?

                                                          Also could Scienter "guilty knowledge" be a defense here if they were charged ( considering the girl gave them a legit ID and another form as backup?)
