My guess would be: these little ATMs you see in grocery stores etc are somehow slipping through the system, as it were, and letting money get through. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing situation.

When Visa or epassports finds out about this there will be problems with people's accounts, or problems with epassports working out the issues. You may be able to get some cash short-term but long-term this will be more problematic than helpful.

Yep this is my guess too. Those ATMs would let me withdraw from my normal bank accounts even if my accounts were at zero. They really do slip through.

This may be VERY true. Becasue the ATMS this has worked at have not been big ATM bank machines, but small 3rd party little atm machines in the stores and bars.

While i understand that some peeps are not worried about the amount of money in their epass account
but that doesn't make me understand why there are playing the game with user from gfy, and make false statements.
Do you guys realize that a lot of us rely on their epass card ? You guys seems to have a lot of dis-respect, how comes this ?
Do you realize yourself, that it will be a catastrophe for too much webmaster, direct or indirect.
Anyways, all this drama give me a nice view from some peeps, not to do business with.
