    Need help asap Going to the hospital for 3 to 4 days!

    I have to have major surgery on my stomach Friday and will be in the hospital Fri sat Sun and poss Mon, I will have my lap top so I can work instead of being bored, but at this hospital gfy and www.gofuckyourself.com is blocked how can I get around their filter so I can keep up on this awesome board? I will be connected via wireless from my hospital room! Any help will be awesome. Thank you

      just find some free proxy and use it to access gfy... or set up a VPN account with some hosting company...

                                                                  Only advantage gotomypc has over rdc is you can transfer a file from computer to computer thru the interface,but there is a fee for gotomypc

                                                                  winxp and win7 will have remote desktop but on your home computer you will need winxp profesional to be able to use is as the "server" regular winxp can be used as a "client"

                                                                  you will need to open a port on your router if you have one for it to work.

                                                                  i use rdc all the time and have even connected to my home computer from a different country and it worked fine but was slow then.

                                                                                                                      Just make sure to desactivate the sleep mode on the remote PC.

I will be using 2 to 3 different things to make sure I can do this! God 4 days with out gfy is going to be like 4 days without a smoke! OH YEA I am quiting smoking this weekend as well!
