Thanks Dedico!

We all put ourselves through loads of bullshit during our working lives, so I like to believe it's only right to commend a company when it's deserving of it. So thanks Dedico, for taking care the way you did.

The problem itself obviously sucks, but that's not the issue. Every business faces problems, and it's not the problems themselves that matter, but the way you handle them is what counts. You guys handled yourselves in a very professional, admirable way, and I can only commend you for it.
