It's best to dilute the vinegar. I do the same for my espresso machine.

So far I've run 1 full pot of white vinegar (full strength), and then I ran that very same vinegar through a second time, very hot.
I am still not happy with the results. I will try one more time with the full vinegar, then once using half water and half vinegar, and then maybe 2 runs of just cold water. Probably would have been easier to just buy a new coffee maker... |

Try using a whole pot of white vinegar-and then only pouring half down for the second time. That way you don't get the sediment and shit that comes out the first time going back in again. Then use 3 full pots of water to rinse it. We do this once a month, but we drink way too much fucking coffee.

I don't do cocaine ...
I do smell it though on occasion. Also, Vinegar is a great way to clean a dirty coffee pot. I do it all the time. We are "here". congratulations sir, alvederzane

Yeah good to do it from time to time if you drink a lot of coffee. Once all flushed out and clean the coffee tastes great. love good coffee.
