It needed to be broken down by who has money in Epass and who does not.

Yup, current customers will most likely vote yes and continue to use eP while new customers will be more weary of signing up, thats where it it will them most in the long run.

I voted No. And the reasoning is simple. Has there been any financial company that had a big issue like this in the past came out of it alive? I can't remember any. Can you remember any?

Being out of business for this long without being able to make money is not a good sign. It is shown in statistics that if a business is not functioning for a week, they go out of business 90% of the time. ( this may not be exact but it is something similar to this.)
