Urgent: I am the worst case at epassport !!

Hi everybody, sorry for my english, I Just phone, St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla National Bank and they told me to phone epassport , they can't do nothing. Before that I phoned International Visa, they located me perfectely with my visa virtual number and they said this number have been give by St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla National Bank .. So no problem they are really at a real name on Visa International systems....they saided me NOTHING HAVE been cut off by Visa International, it's St Kitts Nevis Anguilla National Bank who have cut off epassport. Also in the big tread, Micheal O never answer the question below so I send to him a email with the same question again until he response.

Give me the the reason why money should be avaible when the money
is on wallet and not when the money is on a virtual account ?

That is rediculus, I dont beleive at all, money is stwich from a account
number to another when we do transfert between wallet and virtual account.

I phone visa internal and you bank have not been cut off by the network, it
your bank who cut off EPASSPORT !!

This remember me the case of IBILL, it's not only because someone steel all people information, remember peternord.com he have 3200 sale in recuring on is account, of course their cancel all credit card number because a HARCKER steel all information, BUT just like all other one, tcg topbuck etc... nobody have been paid.. So what happen with the money ? even if people lost all their next recuring income, what append with the actual money ?

Its the exact same case, .. we can, you and me, build a CC processing or something .. we wait to get a lot of fund and a good reputation ..then we steel all money and we vanish.

Is that a good Idee, Is that a fraud between Kitts Nevis Anguilla National Bank and epassport ? beleive me the problem is not on visa internanl side.
