You would think that dickhead from epass would have to absorb the cost of each client that is trying to get their funds back (ie. $2500.00 x number of clients)....who knows.
I and others went through the same thing several years back and it was going to cost us a huge hunk of cash as retainer, with no guarantee we would win the case

Fortunately, I didn't have much money left in my ePassporte when they decided to run off with the loot. However, a couple of years ago I did have an unauthorized transaction from my bank account in the form of an electronic check in the amount of $29.95 from a company named Online World Entertainment.
