Its October 18th, I am yet to see a dime out of $10,000 on my ePassporte wallet.
I haven't even received any email reply, let alone the wire transfer.
Anyone got any money from ePassporte wallet yet? Anyone filed a law suit yet?
ePassporte already dissolved the companies. They are just buying time to avoid any lawsuits. If no law suits are filed this week, ePassporte will liquidate all the wallet money among Mallick and other share holders.Comment

as I see one man have got his money after sending 8mails to all Mallic etc emails. He have got reply from Mallic and he have got maney today on his bank account. (mails was big and agressive etc).
Seems that Mallic and epass work to solve issue and they want to send money but simply have tons of requestsComment

Talk with SKNAB. They helped me out. I had an physical epassporte card I had not activated and after all of this shit went down I called SKNAB. The woman I spoke with couldn't activate the account (even though she could see the account after I read her the card number) but was able to give me my virtual visa account number. The downside is that you don't get the security code on the back of the card that some online stores require. However, I was still able to use the account at amazon without any problem.
Overall SKNAB was helpful, although be warned that you may be on hold for a while (I was on hold for 20 minutes). Ironically enough, when all of this shit first happened I was wishing that I had kept my money in the epassporte wallet, rather than on the virtual visa. Thank god I didn't do that. I didn't have a ton of money in my account like some dudes here, but it was enough to go on a little shopping spree and buy a bunch of stuff I was going to buy from amazon anyway.Comment

ppl have very short memory ... in 1-2 months he will be hired by one of the affiliate programs and everyone will forget that he was a part of the scam ... no matter if he knew about it or not.
he gave us a hope ... probably some ppl stopped requesting the wires or cc widrawals ... as i did ... because he said that everything will be ok and everyone will get his money back. now we are in deep shit with unpaid bills because of them.
i hope that this time everyone will remember that forever ...Comment

I was wondering if the "agreement to close epassporte account" document sounds good to all of you.. especially refering to the sentence "Your signature attests to your agreement that ePassporte may close your ePassporte Wallet account when the funds in that account have been paid to you, and you release ePassporte of any and all liability relating to your past use of your ePassporte Wallet Account."
Im no lawyer (and English is my 2nd language), so I just wanted to double check if that sounds ok to everyone..

I hesitated when I saw that because what is legally meant by " when the funds in that account have been paid to you,"? Does that mean if they create a wire transfer of some type - mabe a sham one - which ends up not going thru to you, they consider you have been paid, and it's up to you to figure out where your money is?
I had a wire request in and approved on Sept 7th... and all of the delays and now this phrase just does not make sense.
I did get four ACH transfers go thru till they stopped coming thru about Sept 11th or so.

I think "Proxy Agent" is Engrish for "Resident Agent."
A corporation's (Legal Person) Resident Agent is a (Real Person) that is in the jurisdiction of incorporation whom will accept any "Legal Service" upon the corporation.
In others words, he is the person to accept any legal documents (e.g., summons and complaint (a lawsuit)) against that corporation ? he is that corporation's representative.Comment

You are 100% correct. The term "proxy" is used in those countries which have a strong foundation in British law and is essentially interchanbeable with the USA term "resident agent". Neither have any power within the corporation though and as you wrote, only accept mail and service of legal process for the corporation.Comment
