Guys, the first statement said the same thing..."money in motion". It means the money wasn't at the bank, it was invested. I am sure CM expected to make a nice hunk of change off the movie and replace the reserves in the SKB. Maybe used the VV balance as collateral for movie loans. When it was obvious that the movie wouldn't bring in the required amount to satisfy the loan, the funds in the vv were taken to satisfy the debt.
The funny thing about people with real money, most of the time you do not know they are filthy rich. A guy living the millionaire life wanting to make a movie about "himself" probably is living a dream. Do you think Bill Gates wanted to make a movie about his life after he banked 50 mil?
Fuck you CM, fucking wannabe bigshot turd. You've made your mark in Hollywood alright... a big skidmark. And you took people' money to prove you are a pompous shit stain! Rot in hell.
**************4150 FUCK YOU's !!!!!!!!!!!!
It means that transactions are still clearing and haven't settled yet.
When you (I) use my visa at a gas station for example, the gas station places a 30-50.00 hold on it as a deposit, until 30 days (or sooner) the real amount is cleared and the hold is released.
Happens on many retail sale transactions. Imagine the number of epass VV transactions taking place this month and the number of holds/clears?
This is no big mystery and doesn't require a conspiracy.
On the other hand, I'm not saying that this is truthful reason for the delay, only that it is A REASON that he is giving us.
Thank you for your email regarding your Visa prepaid card. After a short further delay of approximately one week or less you will be provided with information on how to obtain your card balances and access to your card funds.
We will email you with further information regarding this matter and you can always review the SKNANB.com website for further updates as they are released. In addition, we will shortly advise of a dedicated telephone number for support.
Thank you for your patience and continued patronage.

I have a good feeling about SKNANB. I am glad that I am no longer dealing with a shady off-shore company anymore (well, for the majority of my money, anyway).

I bought 2 new vid cards on the 1st (maybe 2nd) the transactions showed up double (so the merchant pre-authd I guess and then sent in the full amount.
So it hit my account twice, happens rarely but takes 30 days to be removed, once the first pending charge isn't posted they drop it. So that would be 30 days for any pendings to show up and be cleared.

If you have any doubt, contact the card company.
Forget the "experts" here.
Best advice is to call the card company yourself and get some answers on what you are looking at.
Im just telling you what I have been through with various personal and Corporate American Express, Visa and Diners Club cards since 1997.
on thursday they will tell us we have to wait 180 days for settlements and chargebacks etc, then they will send a check to the adress on file. anything else and i will be very surprised.

I call bullshit on this BRO. The only way MiM would make sense is IF epass knew they were finished with the card relationship at the bank. If that were the case, wouldn't they say that for various reasons they were moving the cards to another bank and it might take up to 90 days to have the vv restored... or something to this effect? No, Cm chose the " we dont know" path... which anyone with a brain knows is complete bullshit.
Visa said SK requested the action because of DEFICIENCIES in the program. If this were paperwork deficiencies then I don't think the bank takes this action unless epass had blown them off for months.

Yep, but you can't tell 'experts' anything, they already know every fking thing.
They aren't capable of holding two thoughts in their heads at once.
1. Gas Purchases with VV place a 30 day hold on your card for $xx.xx
2. These transactions in motion are a valid reason why we must wait according to C.Mall.
#1 can be TRUE while #2 can be FALSE.
Than VV is fucking retailers too. As a retailer I would get my money in 72 hours and no way would a hold stay for 30 days on a card. That's their fucked up system.
I need to be clear about this. You are saying when you were making purchases of gas with Epassporte, they didn't charge you the right amount but would tie up your cash for 30 days???
If this is so, anyone using Epassporte for purchases rather than immediately drawing out cash of the account is a bigger asshole than I would have ever imagined.
OMG. Didn't you feel ripped off when you could not access your money and you knew at the same time a retailer didn't get paid either?
I work with the credit card companies money. They don't ever get to work with mine.
