    Guys, the first statement said the same thing..."money in motion". It means the money wasn't at the bank, it was invested. I am sure CM expected to make a nice hunk of change off the movie and replace the reserves in the SKB. Maybe used the VV balance as collateral for movie loans. When it was obvious that the movie wouldn't bring in the required amount to satisfy the loan, the funds in the vv were taken to satisfy the debt.

    The funny thing about people with real money, most of the time you do not know they are filthy rich. A guy living the millionaire life wanting to make a movie about "himself" probably is living a dream. Do you think Bill Gates wanted to make a movie about his life after he banked 50 mil?

                                                            I think I'm gonna stick with checks for a while until things get settled down. Wire transfers are too damn expensive and waiting for a larger amount until requesting a transfer is not a solution either, you never know when a sponsor is gonna get out of business.

                                                            Shit... I wish I was more serious about this biz back in 2005 or so, situation got quite fucked up nowadays.

                                                                        If what you are saying is true, then there should be a collective effort from everyone here who was scammed to hire some representation to collect what we can from CM via sale of personal effects etc etc. Globill did get forced to repay some of the losses in the end. I got quite a bit back from them.

                                                                        If the bank really still has our funds but has stopped epassporte's access to them then we should be able to contact the bank give our vv numbers and they should wire us the money - right??? why the fuck use these shite banks and not just use a decent bank in the first place - like one someone has heard of. Where the hell is St shits anyway??

                                                                        Even if the bank do have our funds it should be epassporte that is organising our representation or some help in getting our money back. It's disgusting that they are washing their hands of it. This announcement was the death blow to their company even if things resumed as normal. Just washing their hands of this is outrageous.

                                                                        Whom ever is responsible for our loss must be tracked down and forced to pay with whatever they have. It's most annoying to find out the 'bros' here have mostly got back their cash - since they are the ones that would have followed this up since they have the funds and would have had the incentive.

                                                                                I don't know the answer, I am speculating. Without a real statement from Epass all we have is speculation. If you look at the basic facts that we know, it is almost impossible to come up with any other possible scenario as to why VV money is locked. We know epass' stance- we dont know~ We know visa's stance- Visa blocked network access for prepaid cards issued by SKNA and operated by ePassporte.com to address certain program deficiencies. ~ Hopefully the bank will further clarify the situation Friday or Monday with a statement.

                                                                                Now, I do not know the inner workings of how epass was set up. But some pretty smart people have said he was pretty smart, so I am assuming he has insulated himself fairly well from criminal liability. Civilly he may not be so well off, but even if you were to get judgments against him you will get nothing but a lawyer bill. Remember, all his bros have told us how smart he is.

                                                                                So until we get news from the bank, we are all stuck in limbo. I will bet dollars to doughnuts the news will be grim for our money. But now I will take closure on this fiasco.

My partner ordered a wire long time ago, more than 10 business days have passed since all documents were approved. Money are still in motion in Epassporte.

                                                                                            I called St Kitts and asked how are we suppose to get the money back and they said they will make a statement these days. I asked them how will the owners of the money be informed about this, and they said it will be posted on their official site. I asked if we will be informed by epassporte and they said no. I also asked if our money are safe, or they are lost, and they said no they are not lost.

                                                                                            So..will have to wait St Kitts statement.

                                                                                            I still have hope, even though it doesn't seem much of a pink situation.
