They even want you to pay your rent with your Visa card and promise stuff like a Zero Liability policy.
It's up to Visa to explain why our Visa Electron cards are still devalued, and it's up to Visa to help us getting the real money back that is stored on our Visa Electron cards. Whoever the incapable middleman might be - imho it's Visa's job to secure the safety and accessibility of our money on Visa Electron cards.
