they are not stealing any money... no way they would send out funds from the wallet if that was their plan.
what we do miss is updates though. i can understand they dont post anything here considering how stupid most "webmasters" seems to be, but at least some update daily when logging in to the epass account.Comment

I'm not so sure about this - lets say 90% of the money is on VV and only 10% in wallet (Ithink it less then two per cent). Then it would be an excellent plan to send some small fee fee and even charging $50 for it. This an excellent plan from Mr. Mallick - Just one problem - some people don't forget when you fuck them this way. Afterall, its a small world.Comment

Like I said before, They are probably flagging certain accounts for further review. They're probably doing this so they can get Visa to unblock the majority of the cards. This is definitely not happening to everyone. Just a select group.
I also remember a time when Paypal was asked to turn over records to the IRS in '06
