I'm sorry if this has already been answered, but why has this happened? What is the reason for this event to occur? I'm assuming that Visa didn't just one day decide to shut down your program without any warning, what was done in the lead up to these events and, more importantly, why were no steps taken by ePassporte to prevent as much damage as possible?

Same here. I got the money 5 min after I did the proper settings in epass so the new funds came to the ewallet.. :P at least i got some cash in there, to pay for passes/etc... however i doubt my biz prtners will take it. but who knows..

One of my sponsors' payouts did not arrive on epassporte.
It says they paid on Sept 2nd in Nats. I don't fear for the money being lost, because the sponsor is top notch. But still, I don't see why it should not have gone through.
Besides, all active sponsors have now put epassporte on hold.---

Most likely it was sent when your epass was set to receive to virtual, in which case it would of been returned to sponsor. Contact sponsor if you still want it sent to your wallet.
Having one tonight, I can live with wires from epass provided sponsors will still use. Wires from each sponsor will be expensive and will need to wait for the min payout for wire.

What happens to ATM withdraws done just right before the suspension?
In the past they show as "pending" for some time at the online statement, are Visa not going to cover it or is it transfered to the ATM owners (bank) at once without delays?

I just got off the phone with the bank... They say they are working on this issue with ePassporte and that it should be resolved shortly.
