This is temporary and I can assure you we will resolve this issue as soon as possible. Please just bear with us as we work through this with Visa and add additional services for you withdraw via ATM and use at Point of Sale Merchant locations.

Yep, Wallet Settings, puts all incoming transfers and loads into the wallet.

Still cant take it out with the card but I think wire/transfer to bank.
