                I went to fill out the form to wire myself some money but I cannot because some fields aren't applicable to canadian residents

                We don't have IBAN numbers and pretty sure we don't have "Originator's TIN(SSN or EIN)"

                    Before we introduced the Wallet that were the only option, after we introduced the Wallet there is a setting to choose where you want the money stored when you get an incoming transfer.

                                    Seeing as how we are trusting our money with your company, the responsibility falls on you. If the visa/virtual visa funds are frozen, then you guys need to take the heat and cover those funds out of your own pocket; not just up and say "sorry, you can't have your money".

                                        Fields you can not fill out because you don't have the information or don't need it like IBAN, TIN or Intermediary bank information you can just leave blank.

                                                    You guys gotta make it so all incoming payments go into the wallet and do it asap.

                                                    Otherwise all the 09.01 payments are going to virtual and we'll be fucked to get our money.


                                                    EDIT - checking for setting on incomings to hit the wallet.
