Normally under the best of circumstances it takes 2-3 business days to send out wires because the account have to be reviewed first.
We will send out wires as quickly as we can process them but you can imagine we have a lot of wire request and documents coming in and we process the wires in the order we get them in but there may be a delay because of the number we received

I'm sorry if this has already been answered, but why has this happened? What is the reason for this event to occur? Same here. I got the money 5 min after I did the proper settings in epass so the new funds came to the ewallet.. :P at least i got some cash in there, to pay for passes/etc... however i doubt my biz prtners will take it. but who knows..

Most likely it was sent when your epass was set to receive to virtual, in which case it would of been returned to sponsor. Contact sponsor if you still want it sent to your wallet.

Having one tonight, I can live with wires from epass provided sponsors will still use. Wires from each sponsor will be expensive and will need to wait for the min payout for wire.

In the past they show as "pending" for some time at the online statement, are Visa not going to cover it or is it transfered to the ATM owners (bank) at once without delays?

Normally it takes 2-3 business days to send a wire we are a bit backed up and doing our best to catch up.
