It was only $5k. And I think it was around 25% to recover it. But in the end it's better than nothing. Even if it had been 75% fees I still would have done it to keep the money out of Mallick hands

It's still a loss, he had to pay to get paid....no matter how much he was owed.

You would think that dickhead from epass would have to absorb the cost of each client that is trying to get their funds back (ie. $2500.00 x number of clients)....who knows.

I and others went through the same thing several years back and it was going to cost us a huge hunk of cash as retainer, with no guarantee we would win the case

However, a couple of years ago I did have an unauthorized transaction from my bank account in the form of an electronic check in the amount of $29.95 from a company named Online World Entertainment. Reading other threads relating to this fraudulent charge and it seems some of the other victims had ePassporte accounts.
