1. My main programmer Andrey Voronin Vladimirovich, born 25.05.1983, has withdrawn $478,000.00 during the last 10 moths by using fictional accounts and the actual harm from his actions is even more profound.
2. He has opened his copy of bosstraffic.com using my ideas that I've shared with him only (Thumbnail spots). Moreover, he was posting on forums under the name of Bosstraffic by using the protraffic devserver IP. This is unthinkable! Everything was checked with the forum administration. I gave them my dev. server IP and it was the same as his IP.
3. When the lack of funds was identified, Andrey has erased all the sources of the main module, has started changing the code intentionally, the largest part of the code was obfuscated and the DB was encoded (we have already decoded a large part of it). Moreover, he was shutting down different sections and blackmailed us threatening to shut down traffic statistics.
3.1 A whole month was spent on restoring server passwords (which he changed in advance), before meeting him in Bruxelles he also hacked by gmail account.
3.2. A whole month he was telling me the story of his mother being ill in hospital in Bruxelles, however she was in Saint Petersburg the whole time. (i checked it out with the police)
3.3. He was deceiving new coders for a whole month. He didn't tell them how the main module is launched, re-compiled it with additional code and was nowhere to be found.
3.4. He deleted some sections and didn't return anything. After 1.5 years of work I've received only 3 lines from him with the IP and the password to the servers where a part of the content is erased and the other is encoded.
3.5. When we've met in Bruxelles he was telling me that it's not a shortage of money, but a simple bug.
4. He was answering with one or two weak breaks.
5. In fact, this person made EVERYTHING he could to make it impossible for us to continue working. Not only he has stolen the money, opened up a copy of the project and failed the current one, but he also obfuscated everything that was left, son of a bitch. I have the graphs of his movements, and if we find out that it was the work of our competitors, I'll get to you too, bastards. I'll find everyone who was working with this crook if there are any.
6. I've asked certain people to help me «work» with this bastard, compiled all the info on him to make sure about the whole situation. Even some experienced people were surprised by his attitude. As things progressed it became even more unbelievable. As soon as people started talking with him he came to Riga and was begging for mercy, told us that he will return the sources. The same day he went away, was fucking with us for a whole month (he promised to return everything in a month's time), and after that vanished with his entire family. In fact, no one has even touched him, he was simply warned. I didn't want to mess around with him, suspecting a catch in his actions and fearing legal procedures for more aggressive measures towards him. It would be very wrong, but I really wished to beat him up really bad. He was given time to correct everything he has done, but as a result he simply vanished.
Well, since finding this son of a bitch takes too much time, I've decided to rewrite the main module, which I REALLY didn't want to do. I've invested everything I had into the functioning of protraffic and rewriting everything that was achieved with so much work is a catastrophe, just like everything that happened here.
I'm blaming myself for being unable to find such a crook anywhere around me. If you're reading this post you bastard, know this ? After all the details have seen light I had a lot of problems with taking away the project from this hosting, the master was blackmailing me and asking for money, and bosstrafic got hosted with the same provider, so the host is also under our surveillance. He turned off the servers explaining it by due payments, however he forgot that I was paying him in advance as he asked me. It was a big problem moving the project away from him, since no one knew how to launch the main module besides Andrey, and the bastard didn't tell how it works, deleted the config files, made everything he could to spoil the work. Debugging and disassembling did not help.
I want to answer some questions in advance:
1. We don't give a fuck about your problems with the programmer, when you'll return our money? - right now I'll start rewriting the core, the remaining funds will be used for reimbursements and so will the system's income.
2. You're so stupid for not noticing such a problem, how could you? - True, but the person in question is a really good specialist and I was trusting him. I just couldn't believe that such low down bastards are walking the planet and I'm working with one of them. Still, when we were first discussing our work together, I have noticed a negative feedback on his freelance.ru account, and our initial dialog wasn't taking us anywhere. However, when we started dealing with each other later, I suspect he was already planning a fraud on me back then, since bosstraffic takes a lot of time to put up, and I think I was paying for it, since he was hiring people in Prague and used the money for it. He has withdrawn the money in small settlements, and it was impossible to track down the overall balance in the previous version. With a turnover of 8 million USD during the last year, he was withdrawing the money slowly, especially during peak months. And we have finally tracked him down.
