    I want a mainstream sponsor that provides

    ...a multitude of rotating banners for the surfer to click on...pay per sale...or pay per click.

    Any ideas?

          Adsense has CPA now. However, the best way to is to use your own rotating banner script and then pick a campaign from

          Azoogle (now epicdirect)
          or
          Inuvo (formally primaryads)


          I heard Hydranetwork is good too, but I wouldn't personally know because they no longer accept applications unless you can verify $10,000+ in monthly affiliate earnings.

                      ha ha, no it's mainstream much like azoogle. I'm sure any type of affiliate earnings would count, not really sure though. I applied awhile ago and it took them 4 months to respond to my application where they asked to fax proof of affiliate earnings.

                      Shit, I wish I was earning $120K+ a year.
