The Amsterdam Marriott Hotel might be better, 5 stars , cheaper and better reviews than Parkhotel and Best Western. Also 1 minute walk.

You can see other nearby hotels on this map, theres 3 or 4 that are only a couple hundred feet away, you can crawl back to them on all 4s if you get too drunk.

I would rather stay in the Marriott than the Park Hotel. Much nicer. Downside is you miss the chance to network over breakfast. Unless you take a short morning walk.

Good sign for the show if it's sold out.

i'm sure you would find something, but you might either have to pay a lot or have to travel through the whole city if you want something cheap. having a reservation also saves you from being stuck in a shithole cause you can check the reviews of the hotel first. and trust me, Amsterdam has some really shitty places, made that experience in the past myself.
