Who is going to put a 725x297 banner on their site? That's half the size of a laptop screen.

Who thinks up these sizes?

You should have the option for $25 per signup at campaign selection time, not have to write to you asking for it.

Most of yours are either around 16kb, or 130kb. You need to think about page load times a little more. I rarely put a banner on any of my sites more than 70-80 kb.
