I'm all for healthy and fast!!
This is a pretty good one: http://www.amazon.com/Weight-Watcher...ref=pd_sim_b_5
and this one: http://www.amazon.com/Cooking-Light-...2691598&sr=1-6
if your OK with a bit more time i highly suggest this (their magazine is AWESOME! very informative):
http://www.amazon.com/Essential-Eati...2691710&sr=1-1
Hope that helps!
P.S. Candy flip - Gluten free is now what i have to cook for and I'm getting used to it. It can be bland if you don't know how to combine stuff. But I'm starting to find some great things! But it does take practice. One thing people seem to forget is Gluten free is not a new diet everyone should try, it's an allergy. For those allergic ... its their only choice for a "diet".Comment

I use www.eatingwell.com all the time. Great recipes and very healthy. I absolutely love to cook. I have guests coming this weekend and I'm cooking for everyone. We are going to do some pretty fancy stuff Friday and smoke some salmon and grill turkey burgers Saturday while relaxing at the beach. I’m excited to relax and step away from the computers. I will e-mail you some good recipes I have Fris when I get some time. I'm a health nut.Last edited by Zuzana Designs; 08-25-2010, 08:02 AM.Comment

I've started brewing my own beer, and as a bonus I'm using the spent grains for baked breads. Man, it makes some of the best bread. Crushed malted barley is good. I've heard some people just put milk on it and have it for breakfast. Not surprising, since the best way I can describe the smell of freshly steeped grains is Sugar Smacks cereal.
A few uncrushed grains slip through, so once in a while the toasting bread sounds like popcorn.
I even put a cup of them into an applesauce cake and it was awesome.
Brew beer... it's good for you!
