Love my Iphone 4

Had my Iphone 4 since Friday and it's bought back the joy of owning an Iphone since my 3G was becoming so slow and overworked.

Things I Like.

* Camera is better
* Love the multitasking (the best thing about the phone IMHO).
* Screen is so much better
* Look and feel is good, buttons are better.

If you still have the 3G then DON'T upgrade your software to version 4. The processor is too slow for the software and your phone will CRAWL.
I downgraded my 3G software to version 3.13 and did a full reset and now it works great. Gave it to my G/F who loves it.

I love my iPhone 4 as well. I was pissed when I first got it though, it dropped calls without the bumper left and right.

Also, the 4.0 upgrade is fine with the 3GS, but agreed, not on the regular 3G.

3G has 128mb ram 412mhz
3GS has 256mb ram 600mhz
4 has 512mb 1ghz

Yeah I had the 4.0 soft on my 3g before i broke it and it was crap. The iphone 4 flys.

I've debated getting an iPhone since the first one came out.

Now they are doing the 3G one very cheap now that iphone 4 is out, so was thinking once again of getting one. Still not sure if i really need it though.

I'm not willing to pay the money they are wanting for the iPhone 4. Especially after the "shitty signal" carry on...

Honestly, this phone pisses me off daily.

I use the phone a LOT and its reception, bluetooth and speaker phone are shit

On an average month, I use well over 3,000 minutes so having bluetooth and speaker phone is crucial and after purchasing about half a dozen headsets, I hear the same complaints from people on the other end.

The only reason I have the phone is because of the features and... well its an iPhone 4

I get great reception and have never had a dropped call. I got a case for $15 for mine the next day after I bought the phone as I drop phones all the time.
They are also sending me a free case but it will take a couple of weeks and I could not wait.

Does not sound like you have the right phone for you.
we use maybe 300 minutes a month for both lines but send over 1500 txt's a month.
Also use the Ipod, gym and running app most days.

I don't know what the best speaker phone is but mine sounds great using the bluetooth built into both our cars.

I am running the 4.1 beta 3, so far I have yet to mute someone or hangup on them!!!!

I have the same issues with dropped calls as I had before on the 3g and 3gs so I think it's either the iPhone or AT&T. Once Verizon gets the iphone i'll be switching to it.

I guess it depends where you live with att service. Works well in Dallas area however I don't use the phone much.

I love my iphone for pictures, videos, texting, sending videos, sending pictures and especially the compass so when I get lost in the woods.

To hold it like a phone, to speak into it like a phone and to actually have a conversation on it. IT SUCKS.

I love my 3GS now that it was replaced with one that doesn't drop as many calls, my old one dropped about 20% of calls Word is the iphone 4 had serious drop call issues as well, you guys experience that at all?
