arrived today. Have a sick hostel in Jomtien Beach area. Super clean + Cheap. Thai people are all smiles and I can eat well for less than $5 per day. Not really into dealing with the whores unless I get fucking wrecked which is not my plan. I felt Jomtien Beach was my best bet since it's outside of central and I can get wrk done....So far so good. Might pony up for a month - after that I might check out Samui

So fucking cheap here. Can't believe it. If you don't slam the whores or piss your money away at the pub you can live easily here for $5 day. Massive rooms for under $400/month. After just leaving HKG i need a bit of space...

I rent a 1400 sqm house close to the center of a city of 30-40K people I pay less than $150 a month but then comes TV, electric, water and so on but all in all its very cheap
It is very cheap here and more so if you avoid the tourist spots. Food that cost 30 baht at the food stall in Pattaya cost 20 baht here.
Here a large Leo or Chang in a farang place costs 60 Baht, in a local spot it costs 50/45 baht :D I know the wholesale price and its not much more than a 5 baht profit for them.

Abyss of beautiful whores? Whores, yes but beautiful, not really. 1 out of 20 maybe at best. The rest are just garbage disposal type. I find better looking whores at trailer parks

Sorry square feet, 130-140 sqm house.

Enjoy Pattaya for a few weeks then try to see something else, Thailand has so many much better things to offer.
I love it here, I planned on spending 6 months in Pattaya but after a month I had it and looked elsewhere.
