Whats the best script to add to my site to be able to chat with visitors on my site? Would be awesome if I could use my own chat client too...

Don't use like one of those free PHP chat scripts or java. It just drains far to much processing power on the server. Learned that lesson the hard way. LOL
I know years ago the guy who runs optichat.com used to do a whitelabel solution many years ago. Maybe he still does. It's a very stable, time tested script. If he will do a white label thing, that is probably your best bet.
