I agree about the video. I have been trying dumb down the video by using a handheld camera to shoot short videos instead of a camcorder. The best content like this comes from buying it from real people. I have done that but its hard to come by.

Thanks man, I try to make it good but unfortunately one of my issues in the past was location, but when shooting this stuff cheap its hard to be at different locations all the time but thats definitely something important.

Let me weigh in as someone who made a LOT of money, shooting amateur. Back in the 80s and 90s and now still making money with it.

Firstly thank you to Litzer for posting and giving some examples.

Here is the biggest problem for producers when shooting this type of content. They're losing money. They don't shoot the style they do because that style makes them less money. I did not develop my techniques to lose money. I did it to make more money.

We do not shoot this, which made us over $5,000 so far. Because we could make more money shooting this, which has probably made us $500 so far. And that's the bottom line for producers and buyers. Money dictates.

If a good looking girl turn up at a casting I ask her what will she will do then put my mental calculator on to reckon up where the best return is. For instance do I spend time shooting her for a market worth a $3,000 a set, approx, or a market worth $300 a set and video? So Chronig do you see why I improved my style?

Getting a paid model to perform in front of a paid photographer like she would perform with her boyfriend takes real skill. Anyone who has shot both girlfriends and models will understand.

Locations cost money. Using hotel rooms will not crack it as they all start to look the same. Using the shooters home is possible for about 5 to 10 scenes. Then it's about hiring locations. An apartment in Prague costs $300-$500 a night. Add that to the cost of models and the bill can be $1,000 to set up a shoot. So again do I shoot for a customer willing to pay less or more?

Giving a girl a camera. Fine no problems what so ever. So long as the customer pays for the camera up front and will swallow any costs of damage or loss. Plus will pay for what ever she brings back. Or is the producer meant to take the risks and shoot for a cheap market? Again money dictates.

If this is such a great converting, retaining and money making niche and content is hard to find. Start paying what the producer asks, then better and more content will appear.

A little story to illustrate how business really works.

7 or 8 years ago one of our clients sent out a letter and email demanding producers go over to using a digital camera. It was a Nikon 4000 I think. The cost for it all with body, lens, batteries, memory chips was around $10,000. We immediately went to the dealer and bought one.

Because this client was buying sets at $1,000 a piece and bought about a 100 sets a year. Which we still own. So if you want producers to do what you need them to.



Don't sit and gripe about them not doing what you need.

Litzer, producing the examples you showed is a piece of piss. You just need to pay what's required. Models, location, equipment, other costs and profit.

Why would you pay to shoot it when you can just steal it? It doesn't matter any more if the girls are 14 or not, you can get both hosting and billing with zero problems. Just create a bogus 2257 page (like every one of them does) and you're safe. No one cares and if you offer a PPS affiliates will run to promote you as fast as they can. Doesn't matter if the girls are underage or not. Doesn't matter if they know the program will fuck them over or not. That is the true state of the industry. We've crossed the point of no return.

Right now CCbill is the leading billing company for underage porn in the world. Making 14% off of every underage porn site has to add up to a lot of dollars.

I have 2 producers who've done just that for the girls I wanted produced, I have another who really knows what he's doing and shoots it himself but makes it look like its just boyfriend girlfriend.

If I'm still working with a producer it's because they make the stuff look truly amateur, if I'm not working with them anymore then it's because they couldn't cut it.

main problem is location for gf shoots...usually customers ask me about real living room. But ususlly girls do not want posing in own rooms and I must rent apartments in agency. But rooms in agency isn't real living rooms, of course

about photo\video quality...sometimes customers ask about max quality, sometimes min...I do max quality for all and use filters for reduce quality if customer needed. For example:
