It's all a matter of who you are talking about. If you are talking about the top programs then you have people that were doing that daily. The reality is it's all about what your goals are. Getting caught up in what makes you a big program is a waste of time and energy and at the end of the day a pile of bs. I just need to remember that LOL.

If you want to put actual numbers on it. I don't think anyone would dispute any program doing over a $1,000,000 net a year is a big program. That's probably your best target.

anyone asking this question should stop worrying about what people think about them. you should worry about if you're getting enough joins to give you what kind of money you need to live off of, not what other people think about how well you're doing.

I saw it as well. 97% were cross sells.

Overhead is the big thing mentioned in the thread. Sites with exclusive shot content with multiple models and a regular update schedule require slightly more sales than other types to sustain. But again they should also make more in rebills for a longer period of time as long as they satisfy/oversatisfy members.

"Satisfying" is pretty subjective when accounting for living expenses around the world. Countless factors but for the fun of the thread a guesstimate would be 11.5 full sales a day after 6 months for a 1 man operation, 50/50 split with moderate production costs, design/programming/hosting and good rebills.

Well I was thinking most big programs have more than one pay site. I was just figuring that over all they had 500k in traffic. They should have more.

More programs do 2000+ joins a week than programs that have 500k uniques a day. 500k is a lot of traffic to a program.

10-20......

To me thats surprising to hear. I am pushing over 50k to 100k to sponsors a day. I am sure sponsors in house traffic managers are pushing way more than I can.

I think with smaller programs if you can get 10 solid a day, you will be OK. Though there are days where you simply get shit.

damn thats a nice chunck

What do you mean by a "small program"? How many sites are in the program? What niche? How many active affiliates? How much is invested in campaigning?

Look at it this way: you can average your income at one signup per hour worked each day

In the real world, that is a nice wage, $25.00 an hour. Typically most people without a decent education will not make that that unless they are in a union job.

Video Secrets has transgender models. Their WL also looks great in many member areas.

i know a webmasters who's program does 40-50 joins a day small time, hardly known i would consider him medium. Its all his own traffic so his profit margins are high, he don't need to pay out 40 a join
