If you want to put actual numbers on it. I don't think anyone would dispute any program doing over a $1,000,000 net a year is a big program. That's probably your best target. |
anyone asking this question should stop worrying about what people think about them. you should worry about if you're getting enough joins to give you what kind of money you need to live off of, not what other people think about how well you're doing.

Overhead is the big thing mentioned in the thread. Sites with exclusive shot content with multiple models and a regular update schedule require slightly more sales than other types to sustain. But again they should also make more in rebills for a longer period of time as long as they satisfy/oversatisfy members.
"Satisfying" is pretty subjective when accounting for living expenses around the world. Countless factors but for the fun of the thread a guesstimate would be 11.5 full sales a day after 6 months for a 1 man operation, 50/50 split with moderate production costs, design/programming/hosting and good rebills. |

What do you mean by a "small program"? How many sites are in the program? What niche? How many active affiliates? How much is invested in campaigning?

i know a webmasters who's program does 40-50 joins a day small time, hardly known i would consider him medium. Its all his own traffic so his profit margins are high, he don't need to pay out 40 a join
