But the point is...whenever I do that, we get new eyes on the site that MAY not have seen her before. And those new eyes are members area folks who have already shown they WILL spend money for what they want.

For a girl with a solo site it's EXACTLY like Naughty America (or in this case Twistys) doing an UpSell in their members area.

The girl gets paid, Twistys gets some fresh, out of the ordinary, to their members content, and the girl gets new credit card carrying members area traffic from Twistys to her own website.

As I said it's a win/win. You just weren't thinking it all the way through. :)

The key is to not have the girl go out and shoot for Brazzers, Naughty America, Twistys, Anilos, Score, etc., etc. over and over and over. Because then you dilute your brand.

For instance, Puma Swede. Her site on Blazing Bucks would be a monster...except she is so oversaturated on every porn site in the world that it kinda devalues her own site. (still a great site, just she is oversaturated on the market).

So as long as you have your girls shoot MAYBE once a year for a carefully chosen site it can definitely benefit everybody involved.

I've never done any upsells in my members areas so I don't automatically think that's what it would be for. No excuses, I'm wrong and I apologize (to both you and Shap).

I'm saying it practically is an upsell...only Shap doesn't get his cut of the pie. He is getting a popular solo girl who isn't found all over the web at other sites for his members to enjoy. Meanwhile, the ones who really like her will search her out themselves on Google, find your site, and BOOM! It's perfectly targeted traffic.

So I look at it as analogous to an Upsell. Only difference is they aren't clicking a link. They are searching you out on their own...which is even MORE valuable. When a guy looks you up on his own...that equals a sale. Especially from Members traffic.

So I guess the correct term for this would be: Viral Members Area Faux Upsell Traffic (I'm making this shit up as I go). And it's definitely win/win for all parties involved IF the girl is "hot"
And the term "hot" is very subjective here.

Shap may be looking for some incredibly luscious glamour babe who may or may not be able to sell memberships or help retain members. He may be looking for a "hot" skinny teen. He may be looking for a beautiful milf. Or a girl with big tits. Who knows? It's subjective.

Me? I always equate "hot" with what sells. I've never been one to worry too much about what society says in "public". I go more with what they say with their wallet when they are in the privacy of their home ready to jerk off. heh-heh
