Was wondering if anyone has any recommendation for payroll services (checks/ach) for vendor and affiliate payouts. I was going to use webmasterchecks before the whole doj fiasco. Need something with an API so I can automate it. Also want something that charges per payout rather than per employee (all my girls are 1099).

I have a built in affiliate program. Just create a client account then make sure they sign up with your username as referrer.

Details on our affiliate payouts can be found on my website (click on rates in top navbar).

Currently payout is only available through AlertPay as PayPal did a complete 180 after first authorizing us to use them for affiliate payouts back in April, then suddenly changing their mind.
