dont allow video downloads, and stream all your video content using rtmp. This doesn't make it impossible, but at least slows them down to grabbing the videos in real time (meaning, 1hr video will take 1 hr to rip). You can also setup a script to watermark all images in random spots with their ip address and time.

For vids, use Adobe's AMF technology within your media player. Tough to get around that, and haven't bothered putting the time into figuring it out.
