It's actually "Park 51" (Cordoba House Islamic Cultural Center) which is using the old Burlington Coat Factory building. It is two blocks away from the WTC site. While it will include a mosque, that's not exactly all it is, but I understand it fits better with your extremist slant to continue using it for views. In addition to a mosque, it also includes a 500-seat auditorium, a swimming pool, a restaurant, and a bookstore.
